We install a few different types of water heaters, and each comes with its advantages and disadvantages.
Electric Water Heaters
As the same suggests, water is heated electrically and then disbersed throughout the home or business. Here at Water Heater Man, we offer two sizes when it comes to electric water heaters. We have our smaller 40-gallon tank and then our larger 50-gallon tank. For efficiency, we recommend the 40-gallon tank. This is because of the recent regulation updates regarding efficiency. If you have a house that provides hot water for four or more people, we recommend our 50-gallon water heater.
Gas Water Heaters
The only significant difference between electric and gas water heaters is the source in which the water is heated. Gas water heaters heat the water with propane and are popular throughout the United States. Our gas water heaters come in the same sizes as our electric heaters do. Because the tank is heated by gas, it needs regular maintenance to make sure everything is working correctly.
Tankless Water heaters
Tankless water heaters last around 5-10 years longer than a gas or electric water heater and can last 20 years if it has proper maintenance. Additionally, the heating elements heat water only when it's needed and for as long as you need it. Tankless water heaters take up little space and can be mounted in a variety of places.
